Scott Helm and The Land Design Company helped us plan and install a residential side sewer. Several other buried utilities complicated the work as well as the need for street excavation which affected access to neighboring houses in the area. Scott and his crew did an excellent job in mitigating the access issues and coming up with the best solutions as the work progressed. I would not hesitate to use him again in the future should the need arise.

Scott and his team knocked it out of the park for us. The septic system he put in was done in a timely fashion and he kept us in the loop unlike other contractors like Reality Homes. We would highly recommend Scott if you want a quality job done.
