I agree that Bayshore has horrible customer service. I went in to get a minor business card design photo shopped and I wanted to support local business. Long story short Michelle told me shed have a proof the next day. I dont hear from her and called back the day after. She then told me shed work on it after the weekend and that I was #15 in line.Tuesday I got a call from Bayshore office worker stating my 500 cards were ready even though I hadnt approved any printing to be done, or any number of cards to be printed, or even seen the final proof. Furthermore the worker told me they werent the best quality because I had rushed them. The worker interrupting me relentlessly when I tried to explain myself. I finally had to hang up. I would seriously advise to drive further to another business or town where you will likely find a more creatives designer and staff who are respectful and have moral integrity.
