We hired John Perry owner of Always Painting to paint the entire inside of our house, he called and made excuses that he could not start on time, then when he did finally start he sent out workers that were not of the best kind, they were here for 5 hours and in that time they took 6 breaks, smoking cigarettes and other substances on our property, we smelt a chemical smell coming from the van they drove. We asked them to leave our house immediately as we knew they were doing some kind of drug, they did not complete any work that day. John Perry never tried calling to make it right he has neglected to hold his part of the contract we signed. We paid him $2500.00, half down to start our job and have never heard from him since. He does take advantage of the elderly. We took him to court and the judge awarded us our money back plus court fees because he never showed up and so then we had to put liens on all his properties. Please be aware of this guy, he is dishonest and not a trustworthy person. Service: Interior painting

CON MAN. Unlicensed, in-insured, we were stupid, gave him a deposit and didnt check him out. Three months later, only showed up when we asked for money back. Well never get it and the reviews when he DOES show up for people are terrible. DO NOT USE!!!!

Always Painting and John Perry - conman and crook. Took our deposit, power washed and 3 months later because we told him to refund our money he actually showed up. We should have vetted him, checked reviews. Do NOT use this business. He is no longer licensed, no longer insured, has bilked many, many people. Charming, talks a good game but is nothing but a crook. The paint is “out of stock” for two months yet he didn’t even have a paint sample to order it with. Asked him how big of a crew he was bringing, he “didn’t know”. We finally got smart and asked to see his license and insurance. He didn’t have them. Asked if he could get them. He told us “potentially”. Asked him when, he “didn’t know.” We will never see our deposit back, I will never have this conman do any work for us, I just want to pay it forward by warning you not to use him!!!!!
