Walked in and seen right away. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Crist was beyond helpful, explained everything in great detail and went over and beyond.

My cat was super sick with upper respiratory issues and I walked into this place there was this female nurse or receptionist with eyeglasses, I believe straight dark brown hair, wearing too many golden rings not even looking at me preoccupied with her phone was super rude and not helpful at all. She told me its allergies with no authority, and didnt even want me to fill up a form to see the doctor saying there will be at least 5 hours waiting window. Her attitude was disgusting for what this place charges people you would expect a good care but it doesnt even deserve 1 star.

Took my cat in for a life or death treatment hoping he would be ok.. but no i paid an arm and a leg and my cat is still suffering. They didnt do anything except take my money and told me euthansing him would be the best option or pay near $4000 to have his parts removed.
