I was referred to Accurate Consulting & Mr Terrell by a good friend who is a retired surveyor. He told me Terrell does a good job & charges are reasonable. I found this to be the case. The survey required more work than anticipated. Mr Terrell was quite willing to do the work in a cheerful friendly manner. I feel blessed that I was put in contact with a dependable surveyor as well as a very decent man.

1. The "estimate" grows wildly and had to pay an additional 30% over the agreed on estimate for work. 2. Had a bunch of mistakes on the plats that were designed and county kicked them back and when corrections were requested he wasn't very responsive. Do not work with him without a fix-price contract on paper, or better yet go to someone else.
