        Ive lived here for almost 2 years and never had an issue. This past weekend my I had an emergency and maintenance responded quickly and efficiently after I called the emergency line. Kiara followed up with me on Monday And let me know what steps they were taking to resolve the issue, everything was handled efficiently and promptly. So thank you to Kiara and the maintenance man that came to my apartment. Unfortunately I dont remember his name. He was very nice and friendly. I appreciate his help this past Sunday. I love the location of this apartment and the actual apartment itself I highly recommend as a place to live

        I had the most pleasant experience with Pleasant lady named,KIARA TATE. We need more people like you. People just don't understand some of us who accept assistance Or not all looking for handouts.. And that's how they talk to you and make you feel. She did none of this. Thank you, KIARA TATE.

        I would like to thank Ms. Kiara Tate for her outstanding service here at The Crossings at Summerland in Woodbridge, VA. Since Ms. Tate has been here, things have gotten better in terms of the care, repairs, communication, and RESPECT in general for the tenants without judgement. Ms. Tate is what The Crossings at Summerland needs to move forward, and I appreciate her and the dedication that she puts forth in making sure that her job is complete. The Crossings at Summerland has had a high turnover in staff during the 3 years that Ive been here, but have met their match in Ms. Tate, who is Excellent and Exceptional going above and beyond to assist those in need and providing answers where there were none before. KUDOS TO YOU, MS. TATE.

        Had a clog in both bathrooms the maintenance guy Tim was fantastic I felt sorry for him he was here on Friday got late but was right back here on Saturday morning and promised me he wasn't leaving until everything was done didn't leave until 6pm thanks Tim jov well done!!!!
