DO NOT USE THEM. I ordered the photo's for my daughter in May 2023. Here we are at the end of November and still we have not received the photo's we ordered. They do not respond to voicemails or email. Their studio is always closed. They tell you to email or call to make an appointment but then they do not respond to either. They only responded to my email when I threatened to reverse the charge with my bank. They said they would send the photo's out by the end of the week (this was close to the end of October 2023) and we still have not received the photos. Again, DO NOT USE THEM.

I am still waiting for my daughter's pictures that were taken on May 5. I called numerous times, and send emails, but no response. Still waiting for the pictures that I already paid for, and I need someone to respond to my emails.

Im still waiting on my daughters recital pictures through Lindas Ballet Workshop that they took back in June. The phone number listed does not work, I sent an email in August and I have not heard anything.

The pictures they took were of a good quality, but they did not give me all of the pictures I paid for. When I attempted to contact them to resolve the issue (3 emails over 3 weeks and 2 voicemail messages), they did not respond to my outreach. I have not heard back from them to date.

My daughters ballet studio used them for their recital pics back I. may. I paid additional $ to have the pics sent to me directly but havent received them to date. The studio received their shipment on 7/19. I gave it a little time to see if mine would show up and verified they werent ship to the studio. I emailed the Greenwood Photography on 7/29, no response, I called and left a message on 8/3 no return call as of yet. And ironically their recording request you send an email.
