Walmart Vision & Glasses

Very horrible service. I been trying to get my prescription for past week now. I been calling no answer. I spoke with someone 2 days ago they said email them with my information. No respond. Very horrible. I need my prescription it's my right. I will reach out to corporate and see if they can get Woodbridge eye center back on track how to take care of a customer

Mr. Walter, a man, was the only one who helped me. We spent more than 40 minutes asking the other employees for help to buy a video game and no one wanted to help us.

A week ago, we went in to get a new lens for my sons glasses. Those are his only pair. The person working there, who had been rude to us the entire time, took my information and told me that the lens would be here a week later. I called to check on the status of my order, but was met with the same level of rudeness and was offered to drop my sons glasses off so it could take another week to get donethen I was rudely told that I could go somewhere else. Nice job Walmart, never again!

Quick and efficient, only complaint is about the calls. They took a while to respond but I had a good experience with the exams and questions highly recommended
