Baldino's Lock & Key, Woodbridge

I deeply appreciate Sean's responsiveness when I called to complain about my experience at the Woodbridge location. I've moved this to 3 stars based on his promises, I'll likely revise it once those have been met. That said, I will not go back to the Woodbridge location. Edit: July 19, 2021. Sean came through with his promises and made me whole. He and the gentleman at the Manassas location were awesome to work with and I sincerely appreciate it.

This is an awesome Locksmith. They cut and programmed a car key for me in 10 minutes. Very reasonable priced and awesome tech. The tech also Provided expert advice for a gun safe lock that I'm repairing. This is a 5 star company.

The guy said I need to sign a waver and pay initial amount and if the programming of my Prius key is successful I pay the rest or I loose the $40 because I bought the key online and for laser cut copy he said $40 and if the key does not work I loose the $40 plus my key will be destroyed .Honest Guy .So basically I loose money n time if they cannot do what they supposed to do love it :) there are better guys in town time to move on .
