Henry met all my needs! He was very professional and did a wonderful job on my carpets. I have a pet and he left no spot unattended to and when he left so did my carpet stains. I highly recommend neighborhood carpet cleaning.

I’d give Henry 10 stars if I could! Highly professional, very fast! I had 3 rooms done and they look completely NEW! I’ve cleaned my carpets myself many times over the years, and after being frustrated I decided to reach out to someone for help. I hate to give a bad review, since there are so many great ones, but this was my bad experience with Neighborhood Carpet Cleaners today.
I had an appointment set between 11am-1pm. Long story short, they did not show up until 4:30 without calling. (Here's the long story, if you care to hear it.) At 1pm, I had not heard from anyone, so I called them and received a call back saying they had the correct time down (11am-1pm) but thought they said 12pm-3pm. They said they would be here at 3:30pm. I said that was fine. At 3:40, I got a text saying they were a half hour away. At 4:30, I picked up my phone to cancel because they still weren't here and then they finally pulled up.
I greeted them outside and explained I literally had my phone in my hand to cancel. I told them I was not happy with their poor communication on timing and wanted to confirm the price before we got started. For fair representation, I was stern but not out of control or demeaning.
Inside, the owner proceeded to tell me that the phone works both ways. He said customers can contact him about timing. He told me they were working their "butts" off since 7am. I let him finish and then told them we were finished here. I did not want their services. Never in my life have I been reprimanded by a company for their poor communication and customer service.
Perhaps they do amazing work, but I did not feel respected enough as a customer to find out.
