I’m surprised Gloria and Rick have such poor customer service after decorating over 70,000 cakes in 28+ years. I submitted an inquiry for a custom cake design through the form on their website, and the email I received back was rude and condescending. They had concerns over the icing color—I would have appreciated a simple recommendation, but instead I received a lecture. I responded and told them I had already found another baker to design the cake, so I would no longer need their services. They wrote another condescending message—ballsy behavior and no need for the sarcasm. It’s a shame because I was excited to support a locally-owned business. Second star is for the entertainment!

My coast guard boyfriend made rank and I wanted something special to celebrate... they made such a cute cake I’m so very excited to show him it!!!! Thank you guys so much for helping us celebrate his accomplishment!

I absolutely loved working with Gloria. She was very easy to communicate with, and she went above and beyond my expectations. The cake tasted absolutely amazing, and it looked beautiful. Gloria was very willing to include all my ideas on the final design. She even was willing to include a birthday greeting in Arabic, which made it extra special for my sister. I highly recommend this shop for cakes celebrating any occasion!
