I booked this transportation service as a result of the need to get to a training and work location in Stafford, Virginia. The transportation dispatcher contacted my phone several times before my arrival at baggage claim and shuttle area pickup. The dispatcher gave accurate information on the shuttle location. The vehicle operator was at the designated location and the designated pickup area at the time of my arrival. The vehicle was clean and the cabin area was neat without damage and functional.
