We have always stopped at the greene turtle Winchester on our trips. We stopped Friday sept 11. The service was awful. The tables were not clean and we saw our server twice once when he took our order and once to check out . Stopped today. Waited for a bar table to be cleaned which was not a big deal. Better than Friday . Once seated , waited over 5 minutes and saw 3 different servers in bar area and not one approached us to acknowledge we were there even though each server made eye contact with us . 2 people that came in after us pushed through and sat themselves at the bar side table and got waited on immediately. It has always felt like mug club members get priority over others every time we have gone . Will never frequent this establishment AGAIN . In a pandemic you would think you would be grateful for all customers but clearly this is not the case here . This was Sunday sep 13 at 4:30 in the Winchester location in case there is someone in charge who gives a damn about the people you are employing. I only gave one star because you could t write a review otherwise. 3.9 stars is 4 too many.

Great food. Everything fresh. Love the pretzels with that wonderful mustard. Will deffinately go back..

never again. Service was beyond bad. I have 2 grown kids in same job field...I would be ashamed if my server was my own.

The food is good “sports bar quinine”. Average pricing. Great service.
