I have brought this to their attntion by sending FIVE emails and havent gotten a response to one (3/12, 3/14, 3/17, 4/12, and 5/2).
I pay $2000 a month to live inside a speaker it seems.
Hopefully this will gather their attention. I would be happy to remove this review if something is actually done.
Horrible horrible experience so far.
