They'll hire you threw a temp agency. Once i was hired i was there everyday worked harder than most(not bragging at all but i did). I had some doctors stuff i needed to take care of including a small procedure. I ASKED THEM IF IT WAS OKAY THAT I TOOK SEVERAL DAYS OFF.(mind you if they said no i would never have taken a day off) THE SUPERVISOR SAID OKAY AND SO DID THE PLANT MANAGER. I showed up half the day after my last doctors appt worked till the end of the day. I got a call and they had terminated asignment. DONT TAKE DAYS OFF WITH DOCTORS NOTES THEYLL FIRE YOU!!!!! 2 and a half days i had to take off with a doctors note for each one. its a sad world we live in you cant even get yourself taken care of that you get fired cause they cant slave drive you to get plastic containers made so go sick!!!! Thats what they want. Theyd rather have you work sick then get doctors orders to take off. I mean come on 2 and a half days broke there bank !?!? The hours were 7am to 3. Its hard scheduling outside of that. the plant manager would get way too angry if you asked him any questions even if you were way caught up on work he would get mad if u asked him anything. The place is cake work too thats the only benefit and few fellow employees that are good people thats it.
