Absolutely the worst experience! unprofessional is an understatement! I Arrived there for a glucose test and the only person working there did not even acknowledge me. She left the front desk soon after and disappeared for almost a half an hour. When I asked aster waiting for approximately 20 min, if someone is going to help ppl upfront she said she was busywork a patient and that I could go somewhere else. After another 10 min she came out and gave me a dirty look and aggressively snatched my paper order out of my hand. When I told her she didnt need to do that she said that I was acting entitled. Long story short, she then refused to accommodate me, mind you Im pregnant and have been fasting for this test. It was absolutely awful and I left. I went up to my OBGYN office and they said this isnt the first time theyve encountered problems with that lab. I spoke to the supervisor about the situation and she said shell address it, but Im sure it will just be a slap on the wrist.

Was taken care of quickly and the lady I saw was very nice!

This is a very clean facility and the phlebotomist who checked me in and drew my blood was very kind and understanding of my dizziness with blood work. She only had to stick me once and let me sit there for a few minutes after without rushing me even though there were other people in the waiting room. Ill definitely be back for future blood work!
