A waste of two hours on the road. They told us they had a piece of soapstone we wanted, and that if it didn't suit they also had Silestone. When we got there the only soapstone was "slated for another job" and they didn't have any Silestone in stock. I felt lied to, and I'm sure they were either going to try to upsell us on something or unload some crud, but we just walked out. If I could give them negative stars, I would. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

The service was top notch and the install was excellent. These guys treated us more than fairly. They worked hard to satisfy our arrangement and even absorbed some loss in order to stay true to their word. I feel completely satisfied as a customer. I shopped around prior to make my purchase from Earth Art and found that competitors couldn't match the price offered by Earth Art. They are the only "One-Stop Shop" in the area. They can control your costs and schedule in house, no messing around with Subs and all the hassle that can go with thatA Big Thanks to Sean and Thomas at Earth Art. Take Care Gentlemen.

We had a great experience working with Earth Art. We were looking for granite counter tops for a new kitchen. I went to the big box stores and did not see what I was looking for. We live in Winchester and stopped into Earth Art on Valley Ave. Maria was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us some great suggestions. We went to their showroom in Martinsburg to view some more granite. My husband and I were met by Helen who showed us many different options, there was lots of beautiful granite to choose from. Helen was very patient as I went from slab to slab many times trying to choose. We choose Blue Dunes. Stuart came to our house to measure for our template with a laser measuring device. Stuart showed us where he would recommend the seams go and explained how the process would work for installation. He answered many questions. I then met with Charlie to do the “nesting”. Nesting is where you see the actual slab on a computer and can place your individual counter top parts on the slab. You are able to visualize your counter tops on your chosen slab and move the layout around until you are happy with it. I was able to look at the slabs available on their website. Charlie took me to see the four slabs of Blue Dunes and I was able to pick out my two favorites. They were also the ones he had chosen for our kitchen. Charlie had already done a preliminary layout based on our template. It was great! I was extremely happy with the layout. It flowed beautifully and I did not change a thing. Charlie made what I thought would be stressful, so easy. Joe coordinated all of our appointments. He communicated well with us during the whole process. Maria also kept in contact with us with any updates. I chose a sink and faucet from the showroom. You can choose between a complimentary cheese board or a cutting board from the sink cut out piece. The timeframe given to us was very accurate. The day came for the installation of our granite. Jose and Francisco the installers were so kind and professional. The seams, what seams? You would not know it was not one continuous slab. Our Blue Dunes granite is beautiful. We could not be happier with Earth Art. All of the employees take pride in their work and it shows.
