Hate to be THAT person but here I go.....You try to do the right thing and support a local business...Made a huge mistake trusting BUTTNER TIRE!!! Got new tires on my vehicle ~ could have gone elsewhere and gotten them cheaper but decided to go with the local guy!!! Left the establishment didn't even go a mile and tire flew off back driver side went into oncoming traffic hit an innocent hardworking lady...wrecking her work vehicle. Also, causing an accident due to my stopped vehicle WITH NO BACK TIRE!!! Funny thought when they change tires put new tires that it was a given that they would PUT ON AND TIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS!!! Not Buttner Tire!!! They think they are great because they buffed out some scuffs and replaced Caliber that their negligence caused but now I have a vehicle that NO CAUSE OF OURS has a CARFAX because of them and they will give no further remedy!!!! Thank God no one got hurt but this is just unacceptable!!!! NEVER USE BUTTNER TIRE! Service: Tyres
