        Our 2 night stay with NO wi-fi the entire time is brutal. Mobile data won't even work in buildings. They keep saying the wi-fi will be fixed soon. 2 days later, still not fixed. More than an inconvenience.

        I booked a vacation with Kees vacation rentals for Patrick Henry Square in Williamsburg, VA. My family and I tested positive for Covid and after much back and forth with one of the associates the upper management refused to let us either reschedule for a later date or cancel the reservation. We were charged full price for the complete stay although being unable to come because of mandatory quarantine. This was very disheartening to deal with such an unsympathetic company, and in my opinion a horrible way to run a business.
