If I could give them zero stars I would I went in after grocery shopping to get my eyebrows cleaned up. I told the lady June that I just wanted them trimmed and cleaned up. I have worked very hard on my eyebrows because its important to me I have had that micro bladed but I also have a growing them out because I struggled when I was younger with very thin eyebrows . When she was done I looked in the mirror and I cannot believe what I saw. She went and sat back down and started doing the ladies nails and did not even act concerned That I was upset. I know that they will grow back but the point of it is that I worked hard for them to get to where they were. As I am crying she still tells the other girl to charge me $12. As Im walking out of Walmart I am in tears and asking people that I see if they can tell where the hair loss is and I had 23 people tell me that they could tell. Now Im going to be very insecure about the way my face looks and I do not think this is right. I did not think the way they handled it was professional at all. I did walk back in because I just could not believe I have been charged for her to completely take hair off of my eyebrow! As I was asking the people that I ran into several of them told me that place is terrible and they have heard nothing but awful things about their service and customer service. People do not go there I repeat do not go there. I know that it seems convenient because its in Walmart but this place is not the place to get your eyebrows or nails done Service: Waxing

Everyone working there are very nice and patient. I always take a pic with me of the style and design I want and they do exactly what I ask for.
