I have left numerous messages since Oct so that I can get a new CPAP and as of today, I haven't received one return call. My doctor sent my information over to them but I haven't hear a thing from them. Not the best start.
UPDATE!!
I received a call the day following my original post and finally got my appointment. Once you get past the phone issue and get into the office, they are nice and knowledgeable. Mr. Campbell was great! The main issue is getting someone to actually check the voicemail and return your call. I changed my rating from 1 star to 4.

They were once great but ever since they merged with Apria they are worse than horrible.
They NEVER answer the phone and NEVER call back after you leave a message on their VM. They are a medical company caring for patients with a medical condition and apparently that doesnt matter to them. They should loose their license to operate as a DME company.
