Everyone was really nice. The only thing I can complain about is the way they'll harass you to be on time just for you to sit in the lobby until 30minutes past your appointment time. Where you will then wait and sit in the back for an additional 20mins not seeing a doctor until you walked out in frustration. Friendly and nice but it would've been nice for someone to apologize for wasting my time

Dr. Swayne and the nursing staff at Pediatric Associates shown me today a warm welcome back to the practice. Dr. Swayne seen my grandkid several years ago until they moved to a different state. Upon us entering to office Dr. Swayne greeted us and was excited to see my granddaughter after being gone for several years. She is a caring, compassionate physician. She spends time getting to know her patients. I appreciate everything you do on a daily basis. Highly recommend Pediatric Associates.

If i could give this worst rating possible i would . On November 10th i took my 2 month old for his regular scheduled check up and vaccines . After he received his vaccines the manager and doctor came into the room to let me know that the new nurse , i believe her name was Kaitlin ACCIDENTALLY made a mistake and drew up his scheduled vaccine with a COVID VACCINE !!! My 2 month old child , these vaccines havent even been tested on babies under 6 months . I will never take my children back to this practice, and i would like to make every other parent aware please double check things with these nurses and especially new nurses . I trusted them as medical professionals but i see we cant even do that . We are in the process of taking legal action , this is malpractice and poor display of there policy and procedures.

Used to be great, now its just OK. A few of the doctors are still amazing but getting in has become a hassle. Calling to make an appt required a several hour wait to get a call back from a nurse before scheduling and 9/10 they just tell you to go to urgent care because they dont have spots available by that time. We love Dr. Downey and Nurse Henley and Tammy are true gems but the practice is general is going downhill.
