        The staff has always been friendly, especially the cashiers! I bought maternity jeans during my pregnancy and then nursing bras after. They were great!

        I'm not sure what makes this an outlet. There were no special deals. Just clearance racks/walls like normal. I had purchased some items online and needed to return a few. Now that Newport News is closed, this is the closest location. The cashier was unfriendly. I seemed to be bothering her with my return?? I will say the store seemed SUPER clean and organized given the holiday season traffic. I just can't justify it being an "outlet " and unfriendly service makes me want to shop elsewhere.

        Cashier and I chatted about what I did for a living and once I checked out noticed they gave 10% in my line of work. So I asked if she could still give it and she brushed me off & said next time. She should have offered it to me as a new customer. I would of got $20 back & would of spent it there but I'll just take my business elsewhere

        My wife and I have gone here at least 20 times during her pregnancy. The staff is ALWAYS helpful, and if they don't have a product available in store they will happily search for it and order it for you.
