The office staff were very pleasant & accommodating. Eddie Ledford was amazing in how well he illustrated why I wasn't hearing certain things. And, why I was able to hear some others. The hearing aid I was shown was much less obtrusive than I had imagined! I will definitely be using this practice when I need hearing aids. Thank you very much!!

Just completed my periodic checkup. Covid protocols relaxed, but still careful with cleaning. In and out super fast. As usual, no charge for follow-up services. Something to consider if you're looking at cheaper options.

The staff at Beltone in Williamsburg, VA is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are quick to help you solve any issues you have with your hearing aids. Was very impressed with the persistence with which they attacked the hearing problems. They didn't seem rushed even though the appointment was very efficient. I came in this morning for an updated hearing evaluation, had a thorough consultation, purchased some new hearing aids and was able to be seen the same day to connect my TV streamers. Love the Beltone in williamsburg!!
