        The staff was friendly. I arrived 15 minutes early. I completed my paperwork and was called back to the exam room precisely at the time of my appointment. After going over a few details with the tech, the doctor arrived for my exam with not more than a 5-minute delay. The doctor was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The doctor answered my questions and I was walking out of the clinic approximately 40 minutes after I arrived. I was very pleased with my experience!

        Efficient is the best word for this practice. Couldn't be happier with the service and the results. Dr. Shenenberger is thorough, explains everything, and absolutely listens to his patients. Couldn't be happier with them.
