I would give them less than 1 star if I could. They were horrible to me and my family. We went there last night (Sunday) to do some shopping for shoes, summer clothes, and children's clothes. We looked up the hours before we left and it said 7pm. We arrived at 5:55pm and were greeted by a woman at the door who promptly told us they closed in 5 min. Ok...fine. We hurried over to the shoe department b/c my husband was in need of some tennis shoes badly. Our 3 children were with me while he quickly found a pair of shoes he liked. We were told several times via the intercom to finish shopping and bring our purchases to the front to check out. While we were there for a total of 6 min. (we left at 6:01pm) the lights were turned off on us and parts of the store were actually totally dark. We were rushed out of the store without purchasing anything because they wouldn't accept our coupon. I have worked retail for many years as well as my husband and I would NEVER turn lights out on customers. The lady at the front told us they are on a timer...I find that hard to believe. What is there is an emergency? What if one of my small children tripped in the dark and fell and split their head open? Also, they were being turned off prior to 6pm. I will NEVER shop there again. Worst experience ever!
