        Dealing with Jeff Urban and Urban Irrigation was one of the worse experiences I have dealt with. He didn’t supervise his crew and they did a terrible job. I had numerous issues with the install and didn’t receive what was promised. The control unit fell off the wall because they didn’t even use wall anchors to hold the screws in the drywall. Jeff Urban doesn’t return phone calls and has a ton of excuses. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company unless you want a huge headache.

        Install pretty good. Trying to get response to after sale warranty service is like pulling teeth. Caveat emptor....
