I bought a 1300 pound commercial oven at auction and didnt expect it to show up on my front door the next day. I called these folks in a bit of a panic because I had no way to move such heavy equipment. They had a skilled team on site less than an hour after my call, who moved it, installed it, and even added an extra gas safety valve I didnt think to ask for. They charged a reasonable price and even sent me a message later with equipment they had in stock that would solve the remaining issues in the kitchen. If I could give 6 stars I would!

I love going in this store from time to time. There is a lot of restaurant stuff but so many useful things for the home cook. Large mixing bowls, cutting boards, you name it, it's probably there in some form. Go by and check them out and pick up a giant mixing bowl for tossing that pork or chicken in the dry rub for your summer cookouts! Update: Not only is this a great place for the home chef, but there is a whole section of used and refurbished restaurant equipment!

I work at a hotel with a restaurant and I have called these guys for solutions to a few problems over the years. They have never had an answer or knew where to find one for basic restaurant stuff. What do they do?
