This was a tough one to rate because just about everything about this place and your experience has been curated to be perfect....from the valet, to the food, , service, lighting and the decor. And none of those disappointed. But when you pay $900 for dinner, expectation are perfection, and if not perfect, then immediately fixed. And this boys and girls is where the story takes a dark turn. There was, in fact, an issue with a menu item and an allergy....at the time I made a mental note to call the next morning and let them know. And I did. And I left messages. I even found the right contact on LinkedIn and messaged them privately. And here is why they only got three stars....I couldn't get a call back. Only after the fourth attempt did they call. Unlike George Bush, I don't have the ability to see what a person is actually thinking, but I got the distinct impression that the goal was to get me off the phone. Oddly the point I brought up was not only accurate but also the argument (if I may say so myself) was well laid out. So what was originally a problem, that I accurately brought up, turned into a complete lack of customer service and apathy. You can do better, and I know you have. It should be noted the bathrooms were immaculate.
