Our company on CRES Inc to sell two adjoining properties in Warrenton, VA. I felt comfortable from the first day we started this project that CRES was the right choice. Bill Chipman and Max Tufts provided us great service in selling our property. They were extremely professional to us and potential buyers throughout the process. The communications between us (whether email, phone, text, etc.) was outstanding. I would use them again and highly recommend to others.

Several weeks ago a sign appeared at the end of our driveway advertising the sale of property next to us. The sign allows almost no visibility to see traffic coming up the road towards us. There is a small hill which people fly over which makes it incredibly dangerous for my 70+ yo parents, one of which is going through aggressive chemo, a work vehicle pulling a trailer, and two learners permit drivers. We contacted the company and asked them if they could relocate the sign. After 2 voice mails and 2 answered phone calls, I received a not very nice phone call today that informed me that they would NOT relocate the sign, that there was no problem with getting out of our driveway and if I wanted the sign moved - I could pay to have it moved.

Bill "Chip" Chipman and his organization at CRES are absolutely top notch.   A longtime player in our community, Bill has an incredible breadth of experience spanning over 30 years of superior knowledge and expertise.    Combined with his obsessive execution, Bill is the "go to" guy for all things related to commercial real estate from consulting, planning, designing, building, leasing, buying, and selling.   If you get only one thing out of this review it's this.....  Put CRES on your side before the other guy does.  It will make a huge difference!
