I have been going to amazing smiles for almost a year I think, and my first couple trips were absolutely amazing, Ive had a couple fillings done here and I think two cleanings and both times they did great, but my last two trips werent good at all. the second to last time I went into amazing smiles I did not have a good experience with my fillings. I went in to get two fillings done on the left side of my mouth and they only did one, I have never had a filling hurt before but this one hurt so bad. I even went back in and asked why we couldnt do both since my mouth was still numb and they told me they didnt have time today and I could come back so I just left. when it was time for my next appointment I just canceled it because I didnt feel very comfortable with this dentist at all. but fast forward to last week I decided to give it another try and come back in to get my last three fillings since Ive had one of these cavities for almost a year, I take full responsibility for coming in late to my appointment, they had a lane blocked on 229 and we couldnt go anywhere for a while. but I get there and I dont know the assistants name but she is amazing and I wish the best for her, she took me back to my room and I asked if we were still doing all 3 of my fillings today and she said yes and went ahead and put the numbing cream on both sides of my mouth and told me that the dentist would be in in a couple minutes to numb my mouth for the procedure. another lady comes in and has me sign and form to do the procedure today, which has never happened to me before for a filling but I signed it anyways. the dentist finally comes in and sits down and tells me that since I was late today we did not have time to do all three fillings, and that wouldve been fine with me but she wouldnt explain to me which ones she was doing. I was trying to get her to explain to me what was going on but she was just rushing and wouldnt really tell me which side we were doing and the whole thing just felt so rushed and rude that I just started crying. finally they told me that we just werent gonna do any of the fillings that day because I was very anxious and I needed to use the gas next time I come in. honestly it just feels like they dont care about their patients anymore, it all feels very rushed and I just dont feel comfortable with this practice anymore. I just wanted to share my experience, thank you to the nice ladys at the front and the awesome assistants though!
