        Ive been going to this gem for a whole year once a week. Im literally addicted to this amazing restaurant they have the best pho in Virginia Beach. Theyre absolutely great polite people working at pho 78 that treat you like family. The food is very high quality very delicious!! MUST TRY!!

        My Grandfather Fredrick Brooks "Quiong Nnuoc" had taken us here for many years. He spoke fluent Vietnamese (even for a bald white man yes!) and it was always such a good time coming here with him, lots of laughs!!! He spoke so highly of the Pho here and got so many people to come and enjoy the food. SO MANY! I think taking people here to lunch was his love language. He always mentioned how incredibly authentic and well made everything was. He recently passed and it's but left an incredible hole in our hearts, but we actively support this restaurant and we tell everyone about it too. And you should as well! It's bittersweet and sometimes hard going in without him. But we know he wants us to keep going and enjoying the food and great service.
