Coastal Accommodations

We enjoyed our stay. Good location. The home had a great layout. The service was exceptional. When we asked or needed something, we received a very quick response and Coastal Accommodations was a delight to work with. I really appreciated the list of good recommendations for places to eat around the area that was on the counter. We would love to stay here again!

Our stay at Coastal Accommodations was amazing! It's a short walk from the beach and the houses themselves are impeccable - newly built, very clean and impeccably furnished/designed.

CAUTION!!! Along with the unprofessional staff, our experience here was unhealthy and unsafe! The staff was aware of a roach problem and did not alert us before we made a 10 hour trip. The unit was filthy and linens were stained. It took over 24 hrs for Sheppard to respond to our concerns, only to dismiss the seriousness of the issues. They finally sent Orkin to spray the units and were told the chemical was safe, when in reality the chemical was harmful and deemed poisonous if ingested. Our family vacation was ruined and we all left early because 4 of our 6 family members got sick. High touch surfaces were not cleaned properly. Please beware. My family of 8 had a lovely time during our stay at "The Boardwalk House" with Coastal Accommodations! The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth and the Coastal Accommodations team was supportive, easy & efficient to communicate with both before and during our stay. We highly recommend staying here, your family will love it! If we go back to Virginia Beach, we would definitely love to stay there. The only negative I have to say is, like another reviewer stated, the WIFI is spotty and very slow in most areas of the house.
