Derek did a phenomenal job with my bathroom remodel and tile work. It went from 1990 to trending on eclectic. His work was so good, I hired him again for my second bathroom remodel. Same thing, 1990 to trendy eclectic. He has a good visual perspective which helps when making decisions regarding color, design etc.. Derek is so amazing. We couldnt be happier with the results. We had some unforeseen plumbing issues and Derek took care of them in no time and still got the job finished in the quoted amount of time. Communication was never an issue. We did most of ours via text and his response time was almost instantaneous. He explained everything he was doing and the process while he was doing it in real time updates. Very professional and respectable. He even said if we had any questions in the future to not hesitate to ask him. On top of this being the most pleasant experience we feel like we gained a solid friend :) 10 out of 10 for sure!
