Verizon Fios Store

Just as bad customer service, respect, and policies as any other cable/internet/phone service company. All they care about is trying to nickel and dime you with BS fees and charges and trying to sell you more than you need. At least with Verizon it’s a little faster internet than Cox but don’t expect anything good. Never met a good cable company and never will 0/5 if I could

Messed up our account causing us to lose service and we then were charged $99 activation fee when it was restarted even though no one came out. The guy in the store wouldn't give us his name over the phone and left us on hold until he ended his shift. Another employee picked up and said in store employees are more important. We now have had to go back to Cox.

Matthew H. was awesome!! He explained the plans and phones and was very knowledgeable. He has a great personality for sales. I will definitely return and ask for Matthew.

Absolute worst! Most of the time if the tv is the only thing connected to wifi, that won't even load. Have called multiple times with no help. Have not one good thing to say about this service.
