I love Proper Staffing Security, I have worked at other security companies and I must say that the owner of Proper staffing have treated me and All his employees as if we are all family, Mr Chris Reese Is super great guy and I have the upmost respect for him and will continue to work for him and his company.

I have a personal issue that required me to consider having security at my home. Capt. Terry was unbelievably compassionate and understanding to my situation. (As were the security officers) He immediately provided security staffing at the odd hours I required. I felt safe and reassured during each stay. As I know I will need them again in the very near future, it is comforting to know there is a company such as Proper Staffing Security here to help a home owner in need. I highly recommend this company for all your security requirements. Thank you all.

I've held a Sgt. position with the company for over the past year and am highly satisfied with the employment. I supervised under the leadership of Capt, Terry Sykes. Capt. is very professional and knowledgeable in the security field and is always able to address any questions or concerns I may have. The company overall is an amazing company to be employed by.

Capt. Sykes is a great supervisor because i have worked with him under his leaderdhio at BAE shipyard and je has shown great leadership abilities and i have been fortunate to work under him.
