Poor. Twice I called for them to come out and take a look at my roof. Twice a no show. I talked to a guy name Rodger who said he would come out himself. No show. Don’t waste your time with this company because they like to waste yours!

Frank (the president of the company) came out and gave me a price on some work on my house. We agreed on a price and signed a contract together. This was in June, I gave him half the money up front. A month went by and he kept promising me the work will start next week. Another month went by and I kept calling him and he finally got back with me and he promised that again the job will start next week. Finally after almost 3 months he said he couldnt do the work for the price we agreed on and he will refound my money. This would of been okay but it took him almost 2 weeks after this phone call to send me a check and once he did finally send me a check for my money the check bounced!!

All Area Roofing has been great with their customer support. They have been very detail oriented to their follow up regarding communications , quality of work , and overall satisfaction with services. I have the most beautiful roof and neighbors have been asking me who did the roof. All Area Roofing is not only a roofing company but is diversified in all other home improvement projects. I had my gutters and bathroom done too .. and have been impressed with their knowledge and skills. Thanks All Area for your great advice on making my space a pleasure to go home to!!!
