BEWARE! RECONSIDER a PATRIOT ROOF!!!Just like other reviews that I’ve read regarding LACK of communication and service after roof replacement. I spent in access of 11thousand dollars to have my roof replaced. I to showed Omar the leak in my kitchen. It leaks in the same area whenever it rains. I have called and left several messages with receptionist. Receptionist response, “they are busy”. Time has exceeded a week with no response from company that choose to disregard their written warranties. Service: Roof installation

I had a new roof installed in January of 2020. During the pre inspection I noted a leak in the kitchen area. Both myself and the representative Omar looked outside at what appeared to be the problem. After replacing several roof boards and installation. I had hoped the problem was solved. After several days of rain the roof is again leaking in the same spot. I have called everyday since noticing the new leak. The secretary has assured me someone would contact me. No one has called to set upcan appointment as of this date. I'm very dissatisfied with this company. I was told I have a 25 year warranty however what good is that if no one responds. Service: Roof installation

after some initial communication issues got resolved, Omar got his crew out and they did an excellent job installing a new roof. I felt bad because I had informed them that there was a single layer of shingles, which turned out to be only half true, the back side was a nail over, so this added to their labor. omar stood by his original estimate and did not try to add anything for the extra labor of ripping off an extra layer. watching and talking to the crew(thanks rigo, Martin, and the others) I could tell they took pride in their workmanship as they noted mistakes that were made by another company on my neighbor's roof. everything went smooth during installation, the crew painstakingly went around cleaning every inch around my yard of every tiny scrap of debris beyond what I would have expected. I won't cover too much for omar on the returning calls part, he does need to improve on that a bit, but there is absolutely nothing else negative I could say about the overall satisfaction with the job. I would not hesitate to use them again, or reccomended them to anyone else. the estimate and contract were followed precisely, work was done professionally and timely, I fully trust the knowledge and workmanship of the crew. they are bbb accredited and gaf shingle company accredited as well for warranty coverage. thanks rigo, Martin and the rest of the crew. Got an estimate for new roof. It took a while to receive the estimate because they have been very busy, however, the estimate was well written and detailed exactly what they would be doing.

They installed a new roof on our house, and removed and replaced our existing gutter helmet system at the same time. But they did NOT re-install the gutter helmet correctly. We were left with a dip at the bottom of the roof so that the water has to go uphill to make it over the gutter helmet. What water makes it over the top flows over the gutters and does not end up in the gutters. Because of the way the shingles were sealed and nailed to the gutter helmet system, we can't just simply remove the gutter helmet. We have called them many times (at least 10) to come and fix, but they don't show up. I don't trust them to honor their warranty. I guess they didn't know how to deal with the gutter helmets, but wouldn't tell us that.
