Do not do business with this company. We rented a house and left it in better condition than when we moved in, never late on rent, and kept it well maintained. We were offered 14% of our security deposit back with no explanation after inquiring about charges. We would have been better off to be terrible tenants. Please do yourself a favor and seek business elsewhere.

I recently went for a viewing of a rental property with a Wilkey Team agent, Lisa, who was less than unprofessional. Lisa was actually covering for a Tammy Inge, another agent, after Mrs. Inge was unresponsive to multiple email contacts. My wife and I actually loved the property, but were deterred from how unpleasant the interaction was with the agent. She did not show us around the property, but instead told us to have a look around, was unhelpful with answering our questions, telling us to do our own research, was argumentative when inaccuracies were pointed out with the listing, and overall just seemed irritated with having to be filling-in for the showing at 4:00 PM on a Friday. The property to reiterate was great and should have been rented out months ago, but I believe other potential renters were discouraged by the property managers as well. I would not recommend this property group to anyone due to my experience.
