Harpers square is run down. Gutters been leaking and falling for 5 years. Their maintenance department never finishes or cleans up anything and due time that people into your apartment with keys when they're not supposed to without no notice. They strive to have excellence. I was told that they are outdoor grills. There are no outdoor grills on my side. I have to go to complete other side of the apartment to use a grill. It's just one thing after another and all they do is keep talking up rent. They don't care about the residents all they care about is the money they bring in. It just sucks that it's all I can afford and I have no other choice Lucky don't allow me to push pictures. I can post pictures of all the unfinished jobs that they've done around my house are half but clean up jobs they've done

Christmas Eve, my tub and toilet was clogged up from other tenants flushing non flushable items down the toilet. I placed an emergency call and Roger came out immediately and solved the issue, just in time for me to entertain my family. The maintenance staff here is awesome and always go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Thank you Roger!!

My rent was increased and I was told I got notice in August which I never did so even though I was surprised I went to the rent portal but was locked out and not recognized as a tenant. I kept getting wrong amounts of rent in emails and from the property manager. I emailed him at least 10 times but he never answered. I have a back disability but I still went to the office to pay the balance and was told everything was current and don't pay attention to those emails and to pay what he says.I go out tonight and have an eviction notice!! I'm 67 and disabled and have a Stella rent history for the Last 10 years. I have never ever been late at Huntington village. Please help me the property manager is a nightmare

The rent portal locked me out for weeks and that's how they want you to pay rent. I wrote over 10 emails to the property manager but he never answered. He told me to pay what he says when I went to the office last week. I paid it he said I was all set. Today I get an eviction notice. I haven't been late on my rent in 10 years and I'm just besides myself. It has been one issue after the other since we got this new manager and Karen Anderson left. I'm literally losing sleep over this because I handle my accounts perfectly and have a stellar rental history. I can't get any help to rectify the errors in my rent amount. How can this happen???
