Batu hooked it up! My iPhone screen was unresponsive and had a black blob at the bottom of the screen. He took one look at my phone and knew exactly what was wrong with it and explained the process. I got a new screen, protector, and Otterbox case for $125 out the door and it took him one hour. Really helped me out. Would recommend this store to anyone and ask for Batu

Unprofessional crew. They are interested as long as they charge you and then later if there is any issue even after the next day they wont entertain and it was a very rude and bad experience. I am NEVER stepping in there again! I spent my entire day just to get my device back, that too in an unsatisfactory condition. WOULD HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY STARS IF GOOGLE ALLOWED THAT!
I stated that if its OEM it should work and feel like OEM and the guy at the store first said he will give me full refund, take back whatever he put in and thats it and when I followed up on it, he said he cannot give refund and made me wait forever for a a 10 min job. The phone was not working well at all, and even now the display feels different from what I had. And then you started quizzing me if I know what OEM means and said if I know what it is then why cant I fix the phone myself.. well hello... if everyone learnt to fix their stuff on their own... what a thought! And then I was put on the phone with some so called manager. I only followed up on your own person's word and he was the one who said he will give me full refund.. ask him if he said that or not! And then I dont care if its OEM or not, device must work and respond the way it should - period. If that is not the case ,then I dont care if its OEM or not, the bottom line is the behavior of the display changed and even now its not working as expected. Instead of offering me solutions, you made me wait from 445 in the evening till 715, for a 10 min battery change job where I asked you to put back my old battery as the one that came with the device was draining really really fast... you said leave the store and go back to your car! And how was I mean, arrogrant? My only demand was that the issue be looked at and I didnt think a replacement would help as what was put in was supposedly an OEM as well, so what would change. and I even showed your guy the phone's performance, ask him!
