Rite Aid Pharmacy

The two pharmacists there, Luis and Oakey, are phenomenal. Especially since COVID, the pharmacy is very busy but it has never effected the care they give. When my child was having frequent respiratory infections and sore throats, Oakey spoke to me at length about home remedies that might make him more comfortable along with the prescription medications he was taking. The pharmacy techs are wonderful too. They're all very patient, kind, and compassionate. We started using this pharmacy because it's very close to where we live. If we ever move, as long as we're in Virginia Beach, I'll stick with this pharmacy. It's a gem.

Went in to pick up a routine BP prescription refill for a wheelchair bound friend who doesn't get out. I was treated like a friend of the family! The pharmacist looked happy to see a customer, and interrupted what he was doing to look for a sample diabetic syringe that he wanted to include with her order. The tech grabbed the prescription, inserted the sample and the medication into a bag and I was ready to go about 2 minutes after walking up to the counter! Wonderful experience - I wish he was MY pharmacist...

We love the convenience of this location! The staff is nice and the prices are good.
