Yordan is totally cool. I'm not a string player so I can't evaluate his work but his studio and workshop look extremely well kept. I actually went in to see if he'd help me sell my 1976 Yamaha upright piano by posting an ad I made in his shop. He graciously said accepted and we had a nice chat too.

I absolutely love this place for re-stringing and other violin care elements. Yordan Popov is truly a professional and takes very good care of his instruments. He is also a skilled Luthier and has an impressive selection of stringed instruments, bows and accessories. I have been getting my violin repaired here for over 5 years now for care of my 1920 Siedel (Dresden, Germany) instrument. The new location is very spacious and great acoustics for trial playing. Highly recommend for all of your string needs - it's a phenomenal place!

I have been a customer for several years and always had a nice experience at Orpheus Violins. Mr. Popov is very knowledgeable and a master of his craft. Always professional, courteous and polite. Prices are decent too. Oh and I like the new office too. :)
