The company is very friendly and was on time to get me move completed .I felt as if everything was going off with out a hitch. All my furniture was loaded and arrived at its final destination . When they unloaded my furniture the unloaders-damaged my couch and even called their company to notify them . My wife not worried because they told her our office will take care of it . I filed the claim and was told we did not purchase extra insurance which I was aware of . I said I know we did not but the item was damaged by your men and they even admitted they did it to my wife . In addition to this my daughters new crib and dresser were also damaged. Chesapeake bay movers offered me 400 bucks because they said that all they were obligated to pay. Ohhh by the way the 400 was no where even close to repairing all items let alone the leather couch . I argued with them about the couch and they basically said they were not responsible since I did not purchase extra insurance . If one of my employees damaged something and admitted it ,I would of repaired or replace it. Very frustrating
