Where should I start? I currentlylive in Texas and have a rental property in Virginia. I tried 10+ other places to get a cash-out refinance loan and was told that it would be tricky to make happen as it's not my primary residence and I live out of state. When I reached out to Katie who had helped me before, she didn't hesitateto get started right away. She told me exactly what I needed to do and her whole team was amazing! Shanequa was super helpful and patiently answered all of my questions throughout the process.
