        My rating went from 5 Star to 2 from one experience. We ordered pickup when coming home from an all day softball tournament. Food was ready and all tied up in bags when we got there, so I could not check it. Got home and an item was missing, and no white sauce which we prefer. Called to tell them and they said they no longer provide white sauce for free. I understood and had no issue. But I asked since I have to come back there to get the item they left out, if they could provide white sauce for free. They said no, and that there was a shortage of white sauce. Asked them to then refund my money for the missing item item. They said the person who handles those was not there. This told me thy did not care about me as a customer or my time and gas. Up until then they were my favorite Mexican restaurant. On our way back from the tournament, we considered Los Primos because we heard good things about them. I decided to be loyal to Three Amigos. But due to this last incident, I’ll go to Los Primos until they give me a good reason not to.
