        I am astonished MED is still in business. I had been getting my CPAP supplies from them for the past three years before finally moving to another supplier. Supplies never show up on time. Dealing with their customer service is an exercise in frustration and futility, and that is if you can ever get a hold of anyone. They just don't care and it shows. There are other, better options in Hampton Roads.

        Im new to CPAP, but Ive made appts and then gone in to select a different mask 3 times. Ive always left a message and have been called back, including needing help adjusting the humidity level. So far, theyve been prompt and very courteous. The office spaces arent the nicest, but the people who work there have been pleasant and helpful.
