My mom reviewed this place and I can assure you this was a really weird place.

It was really weird experience. Mr. Lee was rude to my daughter and me. He was mocking our native language. When he left the room he told kids to do anything they want while he was gone, just not making each other cry. He made it clear, that the most important skill is to call him Sir and to bow. When he asked me what is our goal and I said to teach my daughter self defense he said "Wrong", like he was talking not to an adult woman but a 7 year old. The right answer should of been respect, which sounded more like obedience in his place, that reminded a cult with its arrogant leader. Later I found out that the Grand Master Lee lost his official ATA badge through the court.

Joonbi Taekwondo has help our son tremendously in all aspects. When our son started Taekwondo he couldn’t sit still, did not use his thinking skills, he had difficulty focusing, failure to listen to Instructions and authorities. He also lacked confidence and was disrespectful to others. After being enrolled Master Lee thought him life skills that has helped him develop into a better young man. My husband and I have tried everything out there from BrainBalance to sports nothing have worked as well as Joonbi Taekwondo for our son who is ADHD. I recommend this facility to anyone who’s looking for help with their child. Our son has discipline now, he’s very confident and striving to be coming a leader in everything he does.

Master Lee and the staff here are awesome with kids. They maintain a very traditional method of learning and place emphasis on respect (both of self and others). Our son, who has autism, has been going here after school for almost 2 years and the sense of pride and accomplishment we see in him after he masters a skill or gets a stripe or belt is priceless.

My two children absolutely loved attending Master Lee's Joonbi Taekwondo!! They learned so much and Master Lee and Ms Set instilled so much confidence and determination within them to continue to be great in and out of the studio!! Unfortunately we had to move out of state, but if we ever come back to the area we will definitely be back!!!!
