I had an engagement ring with damaged prongs around the rubies, and after going to two other jewelers in the area, my ring was damaged worse. Mr. Nunez was able to repair the ring, and it is much nicer than the original ring. Thank you for your excellent customer service, and exceptional craftsmanship! Impeccable and 5 start quality and customer service from everyone there. I ordered 10 custom silver rings for my organization from Debbie and Pete that no other jewelry business in town seemed to want to touch. Not only did they take the project on, they took the time to info me on every step as they walked me through the process. They treated me like I was family and all the associates in the store were extremely courteous and professional. I also had made a partial mistake on engraving request and the fixed "my goof" free of charge. I am a customer for life and I trust them very much. Thanks all for such a stunning final product. Matt

This place is the best! Their customer service is top notch. My mom wanted to give me a gift for my wedding day & took them diamonds to see what we could have made as a wrap for my engagement ring. The final product turned out just beautiful! Definitely recommend!

I can't speak more highly about this family owned and operated jewelry store, that has become a staple in the Hampton Roads community. Pete & Debbie are not only incredible artisans, but also some of the nicest people you'll encounter. I found the perfect 1920's era diamond engagement ring within their vintage jewelry collection some years ago and since then I keep going back. They hand crafted both wedding and 5-year anniversary bands to nest perfectly on either side of the engagement ring. The final result is astonishing and my wife gets compliments all the time, not to mention the compliments I get from my bride and others for having such great taste... The Nunez' are incredible craftsman, providing quality jewelry at a fair price...all while being some of the nicest people people you'll have the pleasure of meeting...Check them out - you'll be glad you did!!!
