Very professional service. Amazing people with exellent attitude. You can get anything here from your engagement ring to a simple repair. The prices are very good compare to bigger stores and there is very laid-back atmosphere with no high pressure sale people . You will enjoy the whole experience.

Ana, who is apparently the GM, should honestly be ashamed of herself with this "attempt" at an apology/explanation. Perhaps she should return to school and learn more about writing in response to a customer on a public platform. Regardless of whatever actually happened Ana's response is proper in any way. In fact, it's actually fairly petty and vague. Good luck with your business.

This is the most unorganized jewelry store in Virginia Beach. The short lady with the manly haircut has a very nasty attitude and the "manager" is beyond pushy. The jewelry repairs are not done on sight; they are sent elsewhere.They can't even change a watch battery here!! I will not return to this establishment and if I were you I would steer clear too.

My now husband got my engagement ring/wedding band set here. Gorgeous “designer” Simon G ring... except they are not an authorized retail to sell Simon G so that was worrisome. We wanted to get a matching second band to create a ring guard. After meeting with a Simon G rep at a different jewelry store in the area, we quickly learned the ring was a KNOCK OFF Simon G ring. Just about every jewelry store knows that you must be an authorized retailer to sell, and also knows that Simon G rings have specific markings and characteristics that this ring does not have. My husband was humiliated. The customer service was awful. We explained everything to multiple folks, including the owners. Nothing was done to rectify the situation. We would be happy just getting our money back, even now. Anytime we take the ring to another store to trade in, we can’t even get close to what we paid for it because it is a knock off.
